The rules of the game between you and Headgame. Short, and with no traps.
The service
Headgame offers a routine of mini games, phone down sessions and a card rated every Sunday. The card reflects your results in the mini games and your work time in the app. It measures nothing else. The tests on this website are free, need no account and set no cookie.
Who can use it
You must be 15 or older. You agree to give your real month and year of birth.
What we expect from you
Play yourself, with no tool playing for you. Choose a username that does not target or insult anyone. Do not try to distort other people’s scores.
An impossible score is left out of the card. We never accuse you, the verified share of a session simply goes down.
Free and Headgame Pro
The routine, the card, the score, the games, the sessions and the daily challenge stay free. Headgame Pro adds the coach (sessions on your weakest point, 4 week programs, explanations) and the full history, with a yearly or monthly subscription. The free trial applies to the yearly plan only.
The subscription goes through your phone’s app store. It renews on its own and can be cancelled at any time in your phone’s subscription settings, at the latest 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If you install Headgame from the App Store, Apple’s standard license agreement (EULA, apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) also applies, in addition to these terms.
If you install Headgame from Google Play, you cancel in Google Play, Payments and subscriptions.
Health and results
Headgame is not a medical device and does not replace the advice of a professional. The games measure how you perform on the day, with no promise of any effect on your health, your intelligence or your daily life.
Your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Everything is erased right away on your phone. If an online feature was used, our servers erase the rest within 30 days, backups included. We may suspend an account that cheats or harasses, after warning you except in an emergency.
Changes and disputes
If these terms change, the app tells you first, and French law applies. In case of disagreement, first write to [email protected]. You can also use a consumer mediator free of charge.
